Having had years in the Industry and being company CEO, Matt ensures that the team delivers all projects to the highest standards. His experience, contacts and knowledge mean that clients are always delighted, which is why they come back to us time and time again.
Project and Facilities Administrator
Hannah’s attention to detail and sunny personality makes her the perfect assistant to Chloe. Hannah will assist in supporting project delivery and responding to our facilities requests.
In-house IT Consultant
David is our IT and all-round general Tech expert. David is our in-house IT consultant and is always on hand to support the business when we need him the most. His personal approach and history with MWA has meant that he is very much part of the team.
Health and Safety Consultant & Move Management
Multi-talented Emma looks after our all Health and Safety clients as well as overseeing client moves on their behalf. Her experienced capable hands mean that clients can rely on her to give them the advice and support they need and be confident that their move will take place efficiently and smoothly.
Tori joins the team with a vast background in management, development and transitioning of business units and understands the whole circle of life when it comes to Project Management. With strong man-management and finance skills together with a client focus she is a great asset to our team of Project Managers.
Project Facilities Co-Ordinator
A keen local rower, Alastair comes to MWA having worked in operations in both the private and public sectors over the last 20 years. Customer focused, organized and always keen to collaborate, Alastair is here to ensure that he can fully support Carly Woodason and Nicky Hughes in smoothly delivering the London projects.
Having worked in the real estate industry in London since graduating, Katie brings to the MWA team a wealth of experience and knowledge of commercial property, particularly in design and build. With a passion for beautiful design as well as building long standing client relationships, Katie joins the Project Management team to bring these together in her very organised fashion to deliver some more fantastic projects with the team.
As Construction Director, Kieron is master of all site operations! He makes sure everything is running smoothly, liaising between site teams and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the best quality.
Senior Pre-Contracts Manager / QS
An experienced MWA Project Manager, Charlotte expertly manages a variety of client projects to ensure we deliver on time, on budget and most importantly, to our clients’ satisfaction.
With a wealth of Project Management experience in both UK and her home country of South Africa, Nicky has worked across many sectors and offers end to end PM knowledge. Nicky has a strong finance background and is exceptionally commercially aware, keeping budgets and costs managed and resourceful in finding innovative, cost effective solutions to effectively deliver projects within budget.
A great asset to our Handyman duo, Bailey is resourceful and self-motivated to get the job done.
Maryanne is our passionate and creative interior designer who enjoys getting to know clients and the brief inside-out. She creates inspiring workplace designs for our clients and follows the project to completion to ensure every detail is captured.

Jim specialises in the development of long-standing relationships with Occupiers, Landlords and Property Developers as well as Commercial Agents, Property Experts and market specialists. You will find Jim is always eager to meet you to better understand your business and how we can collaborate with you best.

Alan is the main point of contact as a Steelcase dealer.
