We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Administrator to provide central office and project administration support across the business. This is an interim position suited to a technically capable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams, allowing senior team members to focus on their core responsibilities by providing efficient administrative and coordination support.
Key responsibilities.
Office Support
- Provide central office administrative support
- Maintain organised records and documentation
- Assist with general business administration as required
- Act as a key point of contact for administrative queries
Project & Team Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to project teams
- Support the Project Coordinator with project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate project records and filing systems
- Assist with project onboarding and document control
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and action tracking
- Raise and manage purchase orders (PO’s)
- Support invoice processing and administrative financial tasks
Presentation & Tender Support
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of client presentations and tender submissions
- Apply graphic design principles to improve the quality and professionalism of documents
- Create and edit visual content using Microsoft Office and other design tools
- Learn and utilise company branding standards
Key skills & experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative, project support, or team coordination role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats, including telephone, email and in person with a wide range of people
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
