On 24 October 2025, we were proud to partner with Flex and The City for their first-ever Awards Night at The Underglobe in London. More than 350 flex operators, brokerages and suppliers came together to celebrate a year of innovation and growth across the UK's flexible workspace sector.
Twelve awards recognised the most innovative and influential names in the industry. Instead of a formal gala dinner, the evening was a contemporary cocktail event with food stands, an open bar and performers including a Cirque du Soleil silk artist and LED stilt walkers.
The voting was designed to be fair and transparent. Operators voted for their top brokers and agents, and brokers and agents voted for their preferred operators. Five categories were voted on by the public and then decided by an expert judging panel, which included our CEO and Founder, Matt Watts, alongside Marc Tolley (The Instant Group), Gabriela Hersham (Huckletree), Alexandra Livesey (Clockwise Offices) and Dan Brown (Workthere).
Congratulations to all the winners, including Fora and Uncommon, who each took home two awards, and Craig Haggerty, CEO and Co-founder of Business Cube, who received The Legacy Award.
Flex spaces have been at the heart of our work for many years, so it was a privilege to help celebrate the people driving the sector forward.
