Luxuri Magazine has published a two-page feature on MWA Projects, looking at what it takes to deliver premium commercial interiors today. It explores how our design and build model holds design ambition, cost and long-term use together, from the first brief to aftercare.
The feature starts from a familiar challenge in the industry: the gap between design ambition and delivery control. When brief, design, cost, delivery and aftercare are handled by different parties, small misalignments add up. Luxuri describes how our model is built to close that gap. We take time to understand each client's objectives and wider business goals, then keep design and delivery working closely together across fashion, serviced offices, retail, showrooms and hospitality.
The article also highlights our open-book approach to cost: sharing supply chain pricing, passing on supplier discounts and applying a clear agreed margin. As the magazine puts it, cost becomes "part of a shared conversation about priorities, value, and outcome". That approach, along with a culture built on accountability, collaboration and pride in delivery, is reflected in the 90% of our work that comes from repeat business.
Finally, the feature looks at the value of staying involved after handover. Through small works, furniture and facilities management, we continue to support spaces as our clients' needs change.
