Flex and The City has profiled MWA Projects and why flex operators and corporate clients keep coming back to us. Since 2002, we've designed, built, furnished and maintained workspaces from our hubs in London and Henley-on-Thames, led by our CEO and Founder, Matt Watts, who has more than 25 years' experience in the serviced office sector.
The feature describes MWA as "a one-stop shop for crafting environments that not only function and inspire but, most importantly, last". It covers our full offer: design and build, furnishing with bespoke joinery, in-house M&E engineering and 24/7 facilities management, including planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs.
It also looks back at some of the projects we're proudest of, including Net-a-Porter's 90,000 sq ft studio in White City, Jimmy Choo's 26,000 sq ft office delivered in just 12 weeks, and refurbishments for The Argyll Club and Grosvenor Flex. Our other clients include Nike, Converse, ASOS, Richemont, British Airways and Hermès.
Above all, the article recognises what has always mattered most to us: a boutique, personal approach and long-term relationships. Around 90% of our clients come back to work with us again.
