Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
PPM enables a proactive approach to maintenance to prevent small issues becoming larger problems, helping to keep costly repairs at a minimum.

Reactive maintenance
Reactive, or corrective, maintenance is undertaken to repair something faulty or broken. Unfortunately, things do go wrong, but we’re here to help when they do. We pride ourselves on being responsive and our 24/7 helpdesk is always on hand.

Handyman
We know what it’s like when something’s not working properly, or you just need a shelf or picture put up. Our in-house handyman team means we can solve your requests with ease.

Health & safety
Our workplace Health & Safety team are experts in current legislation, and we’ll help to make sure you have all the right policies and processes in place. We also conduct workstation assessments, Health & Safety reviews, Fire Risk assessments and we can help to train your staff as well.
