A 2-week retail refurbishment of the Watchfinder & Co store at Bluewater Shopping Centre
The works included the installation of new high-security safes, bespoke millwork, floor sanding and refinishing, and a full package of internal decoration to refresh the retail environment.
2 weeks, with works carefully sequenced to complete all refurbishment activities within the tight programme and meet the client’s reopening requirements. The project required the coordination of specialist trades, including the installation of heavy security safes, bespoke joinery and high-quality finishing works, while maintaining the premium standards expected within a luxury retail environment.
Working within a busy shopping centre required careful management of deliveries, restricted working hours and close coordination with centre management to minimise disruption and ensure the programme was achieved.
