MWA delivered a full Cat B refurbishment of OKI’s UK office in Egham, consolidating the company’s occupation from three floors into a single ground floor footprint. Works encompassed the full fit-out of the consolidated space, the supply of new furniture throughout and the installation of audio-visual systems to all meeting rooms, creating a fresh, modern and efficient workplace for OKI’s UK team.

The consolidation onto a single floor was a strategic rationalisation of OKI’s estate, reducing running costs while creating a more connected, collaborative working environment. The open-plan design supports flexible team arrangements, and the meeting rooms were specified to serve both internal and client-facing purposes.

MWA supplied and installed audio-visual systems to all meeting rooms as part of the scope, ensuring that all conference and presentation technology was tested and operational from the first day of occupation.
