We delivered a comprehensive programme of works at Bridge Gate House for Northern & Shell, removing all existing tenant installations, partitions, finishes and services and reinstating the building to open-plan office use ready for re-letting. Works included upgrades and reconfiguration of all mechanical and electrical services, the installation of new ceilings, floor finishes and decorations throughout, together with external maintenance works including roofing, façade cleaning and repairs.

By stripping back to shell and reinstating to a clean, modern Cat A specification, MWA enabled Northern & Shell to return a previously underperforming asset to the market as an attractive, ready-to-occupy opportunity.
