MWA delivered the complete fit-out of Cult Beauty’s North London office, a project born from the client’s brief to match the quality of their existing headquarters, only better and more cost-effectively. Following a full strip-out of the existing space, MWA created a new open-plan office, managerial offices, a feature boardroom and meeting rooms, a large canteen area, changing rooms and new WC and shower blocks serving both office and warehouse staff. MWA’s performance on the office project led directly to their appointment to fit out the neighbouring warehouse on Cult Beauty’s behalf.
The 14-week programme was delivered on time and within budget, achieving the client’s ambition of a better specification at a more competitive cost than their previous headquarters. The quality of delivery and client relationship built on this project directly generated the follow-on warehouse appointment.
