Brentford Football Club's brief was for MWA to create a 17,000 Sq Ft workspace that embodied the Club’s value of being “Humble but Confident”
Brentford Football Club had a vision of bringing their team together under one roof, having previously operated from three separate locations including their G-Tech Community Stadium. The goal was to create a workplace that echoed their core value of being “Humble but Confident”, while supporting a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking working environment.
Working closely with the Club, we delivered a bespoke fit-out across two floors. The main workspace was consolidated onto a single floorplate to ensure team connectivity. This area includes open-plan desking, hot desks, touchdown areas, and acoustic booths for focused calls and meetings. At the heart of the floor lies a central coffee and drinks station – designed to promote informal interaction and a unifed team culture.
The second floor was designed with both staff and guests in mind. A welcoming front-of-house reception leads into a spacious breakout area, perfect for events, relaxation, and cross-functional gatherings. The remainder of the floor was developed into a flexible meeting suite, offering a mix of formal and informal meeting spaces, alongside quiet zones for focused work.
As the project evolved, a gym was incorporated into the scheme – a reflection of the Club’s commitment to staff wellbeing – with views overlooking the G-Tech Stadium.
This project represents a true alignment of workspace strategy with brand values, delivering an environment that supports performance both on and off the pitch.
