MWA carried out the internal refurbishment of the Gate 1 Ticket Office at Ascot Racecourse, including the strip-out and installation of LVT flooring. The space is designed to support the racing calendar with day-to-day footfall. The open-plan configuration allows the team to accommodate all attendees in a relaxing environment. The four-week programme was managed to deliver ahead of the racing season, enabling Ascot’s operational team to be in their new environment well before the pressures of the racing calendar intensified.
